The purpose of this research were 1) to study the Gain score of students in teaching and learning projectile motions on Physics using STEAM Education, 2) to study creativity skills of students in teaching and learning projectile motions on Physics using STEAM Education and 3) to study the correlation coefficents of students and Competition of the Water rocket group in teaching and learning projectile motions on Physics using STEAM Education approach for students year 4th for Bachelor degree At Luangprabang Teacher Training College Academic year 2022-2023. The samples were collected by using random choose. The research instruments used in this study are STEAM Education lesson plans, a conceptual test Gain score, Creativity skills test and Competition resulted that the Water rocket group. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent group.
Research results were as follows Students learning by STEAM Education approach had the Gain score DS = 80.36 % of the students were in very high level, Students learning by STEAM Education approach had the creative skill the overall creative skill at a good level was 4.39; S.D = 0.27 and The results of the analysis of the relationship between students’ creative thinking skills and their water rocket competition performance through STEAM Education learning revealed that creative thinking skills had a positive moderate correlation with water rocket competition performance, with a Pearson’s correlation coefficient of r = 0.557. The statistical test results indicated that this relationship was statistically significant at the 0.05 level (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that students with higher levels of creative thinking skills tended to achieve higher levels of performance in the water rocket competition.
