Student Satisfaction of the Services Improvement Providing by Souphanouvong University in the Academic year 2023 – 2024

This study aims to assess student satisfaction with the services provided by Souphanouvong University. The sample group consisted of 115 students, and data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using the SPSS version 2022 program. The results revealed that students were generally satisfied with the services at Souphanouvong University at a low to moderate level. Satisfaction with academic services was rated at a moderate level (X̅ = 3.13, SD = 0.80), followed by parking services (X̅ = 3.07, SD = 0.90), social welfare services (X̅ = 3.07, SD = 0.90), cafeteria services (X̅ = 3.01, SD = 0.88), dormitory services (X̅ = 2.94, SD = 0.85), and library services (X̅ = 2.66, SD = 0.88), respectively.
